Anchor children from the beginning learn how to take and use the American People, like their parents do. For illegal immigrants to become useful citizens of America, they need to go home and come back the LEGAL way. No excuses from illegals that they have stolen their way into this country and have had a free ride for too many years.
A strong individual is one that will fight for their OWN COUNTRY to do what is best for them and not expect handouts from a country that is not there.

I earned a PhD in Physics. Many of my classmates were international. It is in the interest of the United States to do what we can to keep these bright, intelligent, hard-working, creative, and productive people here after graduation.
If a US citizen from Utah is so stupid that they are not able to qualify for UVU with all the advantages they have, they are not someone that is going to contribute in any meaningful way to society. Lazy locals are the problem in the US, not smart motivated immigrants.
